What To Remember Before You Try These Face Masks:

Avoid Applying Certain Ingredients without pre-mixing

DIY face masks are safe, but avoid applying products like lemons or apple cider vinegar directly on to the skin without mixing with other ingredients because they may cause irritation on their own.

Check Expiration Dates

Even if the product is unopened. If you wouldn't eat it, it's not a good idea to slather it all over your face.

Do A Patch Test First

Just like trying out treatment, it helps to do a quick patch test to see how your skin will react. 'If in doubt, test on a small area that is out of sight, like the side of the neck before applying all over the face.
